Stratigraphy Lesson (4)

“Don’t be crazy! If you two make a mistake, you could get stuck, too!”
But neither of the two younger girls was listening, as the prodigious witch summoned golden washtubs out of thin air, creating a path to the older girl as they landed upside-down in the black mire.
“Worry about yourself, onee-sama!” Kokoa replied as she ran across the pathway of washtubs. “You’re the one who’s actually stuck!”
“Desu desu!” Yukari added, closely falling into step with her older kouhai. “Just leave everything to us!”
Moka was a bit dumbstruck about the two younger girls ignoring the obvious dangers, but even more so when one particular thought came to her.
“D-Don’t tell me…you two are using this as an excuse to prove yourselves –“
“Ko-chan, now!” Kokoa commanded her pet bat, who chimed in response as his body melted and reformed into the shape of a metal bo staff that landed perfectly into his caretaker’s waiting hands.
Moka didn’t even bother to conceal the concern on her face as she noticed the one washtub the two girls were standing on dipped slightly deeper into the viscous mire that she herself was stuck in.
Yukari picked up on this quickly. “Don’t worry about us! The air trapped in these can only be compressed so far, desu! The resulting force is enough to support out weight! It can’t sink any deeper than this!
“Besides, we heard you say so yourself – some filthy, oily earth seepage crap is no place for a proud vampire like yourself!”
As she looked up at her younger half-sister and her even younger lover, she couldn’t help but admire and respect the determination burning in their eyes. Besides, as much as she disliked having to rely on others, it was certainly better than being helplessly stuck in this sticky quagmire.
“Guess it can’t be helped then.” Moka sighed before clamping her teeth onto the end of staff-form Ko-chan pointed towards her.
“Okay, here we go!” Kokoa exclaimed as she slowly pulled on the other end of Ko-chan, allowing her mired older half-sister time to brace herself so that staff wouldn’t slip out of her teeth. Fearing any movement on her behalf
“I’ve got your back, desuka! Yukari exclaimed as she wrapped her one arm around Kokoa and pulled back as well while waving her magical stick in the other.
“Define ‘back’!” Kokoa grunted, blushing at the sensation of Yukari’s hand on one of her breasts.
That girl, Moka though to herself as she felt another pulling sensation on her own pair of fully-developed breasts, which could only be explained as a spell being casted by Yukari. As much as I appreciate her efforts, I’ll have to put her in her place when this is over.
